How to Sell to Us
So you are interested in getting a
quote or selling your cards to BBC Emporium? Here are some guidelines
on how you should proceed:
- Introduction - Give us a call at at 515-779-3889 or send us an email at buyer@bbcemporium.com. I'd be happy to meet you and discuss the collection you would like to sell.
- Inventory your Collection - Send us a detailed listing & pictures of your collection. Your listing should include the following information
- Brand of card/set (Topps, Bowman, etc)
- Year the card/set was issued
- Quantity of the card/set
- Condition of the card/set (see Grading Standards)
Note: To receive top dollar for you card
collection, try to be as detailed as possible with your inventory
listing and attach as many pictures as possible. The more we know about
your collection, the more money we can offer to buy it.
- Review your FREE Quote - Upon
receipt of your collection listing and photos, we will review your
collection and provide you with a free quote. Depending on the size of
your collection, the quoting process usually takes 1-5 days.
- Shipping - When the quote is approved, the cards need to be shipped to BBC Emporium. The shipping address can be found on the Contact Us page. Please carefully package the cards and insure them for the agreed sell price.
Note: If your collection is large or has a
high value, we will personally travel to your home to ensure safe
transportation of the cards.
- Payment - Upon receipt of the
cards, we will send you a check, money order, or instant PayPal payment
for the agreed upon price. We will also reimburse you for the shipping
costs you incurred to send the cards.
Note: Upon arrival, if the card collection
has been grossly misrepresented, BBC Emporium reserves the right to
return the collection to the owner.
